Task -
Good news… Your team has completed the implementation. The last step consisted of having your team collect 15 1L samples from various locations throughout the CU Health and Sciences facility. The samples have been returned to our TestAmerica’s headquarters. Your team conducted a second round of water quality tests of the 1 L samples obtained from the CU Health and Sciences Center. The tests were conducted using gravimetric analysis whereby a 1 L sample was mixed with 1 L of 1 M NaCl solution. The resulting precipitate was then obtained through filtration. The sample was dried and the resultant mass of the precipitate was determined using a balance with microgram sensitivity. This procedure was carried out for all of the 1 L samples. The precipitate with the largest mass is displayed in the accompanying table. You will need to perform the necessary calculations to determine the lead concentration. Based on your calculations, you will need to prepare a report for Dr. Rooney highlighting the effectiveness of your mitigation.
